Don’t we all love Disney World? How can I get the best possible price on my ticket to Disney World Florida and not only on the ticket but on my whole trip? In this review I want to give you an overall picture of what is in this book that has the potential to save you hundreds (and in some cases thousands) not just on your ticket to Disney World Florida but on the whole Vacation.

Here are my thoughts on this guide:

Pros:

-It is a very complete guide.  If anything you might be overwhelmed by the amount of information.  It is a hundred and forty pages with lots of very helpful information. This guide will help you pay a fraction of what others pay for their disney vacation.  With these insider tips you should be able to save hundreds (in some cases closer to thousands if you stay in a really nice hotel)

-The guide is updated constantly.  You’re guide does not get outdated because you have constant access to the updated version.  It is updated several times a month (if there is new info – which there so often is).

-Through her guide you get access to exclusive savings on already discounted tickets.  You may have come across a lot pages with offers of discounted tickets.  She gets you a further discount with her guide (there is a code that she gives you so that you can get the best possible discount on your ticket to disney world florida).

- Here are some of the topics she covers in her guide:  Ebay bargains for tickets, Magical Express Shuttle, Off site lodging vs. on site lodging, how to save on eating out, the Epcot Segway tour, getting a Disney Discount Visa Card, photo saving tips, how to stay at a luxurious resort and save thousands, discounts for those who are in the military, other things to do an Orlando.  There are just some of the topics she covers in her guide.

- Who is Beth Haworth?  She used to work at Disney so she has a lot insider information.  She has gone numerous times there and has done all kinds of lodging options that are available.  Everything from staying on the camping ground to staying in the luxury hotels.  She continues to go every year for one or two weeks.  She knows what she is talking about!  On her web page there is a five minute video of a local news channel that interviews her on her tips and her guide.

Cons:

-The hotel savings for the luxury hotels are not as good if you’re a family larger than four (like our family).

-The benefits of staying off-site didn’t sound as convincing to me but it is good that there is detailed information about this.

-Some of the savings on the actual ticket to disney world florida are not as great as I thought they would be.

Overall I think the guide is worth getting.  Here are some other benefits I picked up:

-The guide helps you realize that there are significant advantages of staying at a disney resort.

- There is helpful, detailed information like knowing that the All-Star Music Resort is the best value for six guests.

-There are a lot of very helpful, updated charts with prices.

-Helpful information on annual passes and their cost.  Lot of links to websites with discounted tickets.  She partners with Discounters for even more savings.

-If you are serious about saving then the time to read this and the money you spend will be well worth it.

1.  Free shuttle. 2.  Don´t buy the tickets at the gate. 5.  Save time by avoiding long lines. When given the choice you should use the left lane.  This one typically moves faster.  I am not sure why this is the case but according to Beth who was a former cast member this tends to be true.  Take advantage of the Fast Pass.  It could save you forty five minutes.  You place your ticket in a fast pass station and it tells you what time to come back.  When you return you step in a very short line.

6.  Be prepared for rain. It does rain from time to time at Disney world in orlando, florida.  Bring your own poncho so that you don´t have to buy one when you are there.

7.  Consider buying a Disney photo pass CD. It costs $125 but you have park photographers that take as many pictures of you as you want throughout the whole park and they will put it on a CD.  You can then print as many copies as you want.  You own the copyright of these pictures.

8.  Annual Pass. Did you know you can get an annual pass for Disney?  If you are considering going several times consider an annual pass.  There is a regular annual pass which includes unlimited visits to the following disney world florida theme parks:  Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom for 365 days a year.  You also get free parking.  The Premium annual Pass includes all of these plus Blizzard Beach Water Park, Typhoon Lagoon Water park, Disney Quest, Disney´s Oak Trail golf course and ESPN Wide World Sports Complex.  You get free parking with either of these annual passes.
